a Good Leader, these simple and
effective tips and guidelines will help you begin your conscious journey to be
a truly inspiring and motivated person.
Of course, the
information in this article is only the ... first step ... that you are going
to need to take. After absorbing these instructions "like a sponge",
you will be better equipped to continue your "search" for this
powerful knowledge. So for the next few minutes ... just relax and ... let all
this ... sink ... on a very deep level ...
GUIDELINE # 1 - BE FAITHFUL:
"The only way to be a great leader is to have a force of attack greater
than the strength of resistance" -Henry David Thoreau A leader must be
true to his vision, no matter what kind of challenges may arise. .. because ...
the leader knows that the vision is definitive and will prevail. By doing this,
you will awaken your confidence ... and it will become more and more powerful
... and it will really radiate from you. Your strength of attack is to take
measures that are in accordance with your vision. it does not matter what you
find.

GUIDELINE # 2 -
INTEGRITY: Be honest with yourself. Have integrity by thinking what you feel
and saying what you think. Do not resist the reality of what is happening
around you. If you ignore things that you intuitively know are important (even
if it seems illogical or irrational) ... then you will not be integrated. A
leader is integrated. Others will recognize and admire your integrity, even at
an unconscious level because ... your body language will reflect your state of
mind. Suggestion: just take a look at the best leaders ... study their
integrity ... they practiced what they preached.
GUIDELINE # 3 - PAYMENT
ATTENTION: Constantly know your surroundings. Be aware of your ENTIRE
environment ... physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. By being more
conscious, your consciousness will expand and literally take up more space.
Suggestion: The next time you are in the presence of a leader ... notice how
they seem to emit an aura of being "bigger" and "more
interesting" than others. It is something very physical that you can feel.
It's your presence Start by consciously recognizing where you are, what and who
is around you. Eventually, it will automatically come to you ... and at that
point ... use your awareness to pay attention to what others are communicating
so you can guide them ... and ... when that becomes automatic ... then you can
really expand your presence consciously. At this point ... you will always be
"in the zone".
GUIDELINE # 4 - TRUST
THE PROCESS: How to Be
a Good Leader? Have a vision! A
leader does what he must do to fulfill that vision. Sometimes, it may seem that
... things ... are not going well ... or ... "as they should be". A
good leader must realize how the mind works and that the human mind can not see
all the angles of the larger image. It is your greater intelligence that
handles that. Learn to trust that other part of you and ... let go ... mental
concepts. Again, it will allow your confidence to radiate.
GUIDELINE # 5 - INSPIRE
OTHERS TO BECOME THEIR OWN LEADERS: Walk the path and talk. Respect others ...
and recognize them by the great leaders they can be for themselves. Do not make
them depend on you ... but allow them to realize ... that you are one of their
greatest resources to ... awaken and empower their own gifts. Suggestion: never
believe that a leader is superior to the others. That's a tyrant A leader is
humble and appreciates his wisdom ... and is willing to share it with others if
it resonates with them.
